Glowtech Heating & Plumbing are based in Cardiff and specialise in boiler installations, heating system upgrades and renewable heating solutions across South Wales. We have over 33 years of combined hands-on experience in domestic heating and plumbing. As Gas Safe registered engineers, we take pride in delivering installations that are completed properly — from system design and pipework layout to commissioning and final handover.

We also guide you through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS), helping you access available grants to reduce the upfront cost. Meet the Glowtech Team
Glowtech Heating & Plumbing was founded by Matt Williams and Louis Baird, two heating engineers with over 34 years of combined experience working across Cardiff and South Wales.
Matt began his career through a Heating and Ventilation apprenticeship and has built over 19 years of hands-on experience in domestic heating. He specialises in boiler breakdown diagnostics, servicing, boiler installations and heat pump systems, working across a wide range of domestic gas appliances and heating setups.
Louis has over 15 years of hands-on experience in domestic heating and plumbing. He specialises in boiler installations, heating system upgrades, renovation projects and heat pump systems, delivering installations that are efficient and built to last.
With a strong combined experience in pipework layout, full property renovations and new heating installations, Glowtech focuses on precision workmanship, ensuring every system is installed correctly and performs reliably long-term for homeowners across Cardiff and South Wales.
